1. About Our Services

Honey & Milk Lactation provides professional in-home lactation consulting services in Lancaster, SC and surrounding areas. All services are provided by Shalonda Clyburn, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), with 15 years of experience.

2. Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your consultation.

• The deposit amount will be communicated by Shalonda at the time of booking.
• All deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions will be made regardless of the reason for cancellation.
• If you need to reschedule, please contact Shalonda at least 24 hours in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to apply your deposit toward a rescheduled appointment when advance notice is provided.
• No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the deposit entirely.

Our website includes an AI chat assistant named "Honey" designed to answer general questions about lactation services, pricing, and scheduling. This assistant is for informational purposes only and does not replace professional consultation with Shalonda Clyburn, IBCLC.

Conversations with Honey may be securely stored and reviewed for quality assurance, scheduling support, service improvement, and training purposes.
